WhoNet Timer is completely free. No membership, subscription, verification plan, or payment is required. Choose a loved one or trusted friend, set your meetup stop time, and USA Documents creates a private encrypted WhoNet DM room for that Timer.

After activation, tap TEXT MY TRUSTED PERSON. Your own phone opens a normal text message containing the private safety link and the time your loved one should check on you. USA Documents does not charge for the Timer and does not charge your trusted person to open the private room.
Your mobile carrier may apply its ordinary messaging charges. USA Documents does not send a paid server SMS in this free mode; the text is sent from your own phone.
You choose the person—not us.
1. Enter the meetup and the trusted person you want involved.
2. Activate the free Timer and text them the private link from your phone.
3. They open the link in any browser. No USA Documents account is required.
4. You and your trusted person can use the private WhoNet DM room during the meetup.
5. At your stop time, you have 15 minutes to mark yourself safe. If you do not, the private room changes to an urgent missed-check-in alert.
6. Pressing I NEED HELP immediately marks the trusted-person room urgent and prepares another text to the person you chose.
USA Documents does not monitor these Timer rooms and does not automatically contact staff, police, 911, or another emergency service. Your trusted person decides what action to take. If immediate help is needed, use the fastest safe option available where you are.
The safety conversation is temporary.
The Timer uses the same encrypted-message foundation as Anti Social DMs but does not require either person to become a Member. The private guest link is random and limited to this Timer. The safety DM is automatically removed after the session retention window.
