Privacy

This build renders intake answers, signer information, the drawn electronic signature, and generated documents in the browser. Intake forms are structurally blocked from network submission, no document copy is written to server storage, and this build does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for document answers.

Document integrity registry

After the final PDF is created, the browser sends only a cryptographically random record ID and the SHA-256 hash of the exact PDF. The registry stores only the record ID, hash, and server receipt time. It does not receive or store document answers, signer name or contact details, the drawn signature, or the PDF. Verification also hashes the selected PDF locally and sends only the ID and hash for comparison.

Confidential court information

When an official court form specifically requires a confidential identifier, the intake collects it locally in the browser for the official court PDF or private generated document, as applicable.

Email Tracker App

The optional Email Tracker App link does not contain or transmit document answers. It opens a separate service under its own terms and privacy practices.

Optional print fulfillment

If a customer affirmatively chooses professional printing, the exact signed PDF is transmitted only for that print order after payment. USA Documents does not retain a document copy in its courier database. A temporary device-local copy may be kept in the customer’s browser solely to continue the print workflow after Stripe checkout and is deleted after successful print submission when possible.

Shared account + NYC Hire marketplace data

The unified app uses the USA Documents member account and identity status as the primary person/profile record. NYC Hire stores the linked work profile, listings, persistent work/community direct messages, job assignment history, 50/50 work-milestone records and reviews so marketplace activity has continuity. Approved identity status can be reflected on the work profile without requiring a second identity account. Promoted listing photos are stored separately from legal-document PDFs.

USA Documents features

Creator/member profile, identity, subscription, safety, WHO?/WhoNet?, Live, camera and creator-feature records continue to use the existing USA Documents data model and access rules. USA Documents legal intake answers and generated PDFs remain separated from those social/profile records.

WhereIsMyCourier data

The courier system separately stores operational tracking and fulfillment data needed for service: 13-character Tracking ID, contact lookup, print/courier status, authorized courier identity, route state, live GPS while a job is active, service attempts, server timestamps, outcome GPS, delivery or attempt photo, courier electronic signature, failed-attempt reason, and—only after successful service—the 14-character Delivery Confirmation Code. Legal-document answers are not stored in the courier system.
