Legal Information

USA Documents is document-preparation software. It asks neutral factual questions and places the customer's answers into configured document templates. It is not a law firm, does not represent customers, and does not choose a legal strategy or legal ground.

Court forms

When a selection represents a court-issued form, USA Documents loads the court-hosted PDF and places customer-entered information into that PDF in the browser. If the official PDF is not configured, cannot be retrieved, or cannot be populated safely, the builder stops instead of creating a substitute document. A court may require companion forms, confidential sheets, summonses, service affidavits, attachments, fees, notarization, witnesses, or local forms.

Electronic signature and integrity receipt

The signer reviews the complete document, draws a signature mark, affirmatively types I AGREE, and applies the signature in the browser. The final PDF includes the signer’s name and contact block, UTC signing time, state filing guidance, and a random record ID. USA Documents records only that ID, the SHA-256 hash of the exact final PDF, and the server receipt time. This supports record-integrity verification but is not third-party identity verification, notarization, or a guarantee of admissibility or filing acceptance.

New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut court systems have their own authenticated e-filing signature procedures. The signer must use the current procedure and complete any witness, oath, verification, notary, clerk, wet-signature, or other execution step required for the particular form.

Private documents

Agreements, leases and wills are generated from terms selected by the person using the site.

Separate services

Email Tracker App is optional and costs $0.79 per tracked digital send. Optional professional printing and process service can be selected after a completed PDF is created. Printing is billed by USA Documents at the displayed checkout price; process-service pricing and availability are shown before payment. Surveillance / wait service is separately scheduled.
