Use only information you are authorized to provide. Review every generated document for accuracy before signing, serving, sending, or filing it. Court rules, statutes, forms and local requirements can change.

Electronic signature and verification

The customer applies the electronic signature in the browser after reviewing the document and affirmatively agreeing to sign it. The integrity registry can verify that saved PDF’s exact bytes against its recorded hash and receipt time; it does not independently verify identity, notarize the document, or make a document legally sufficient. The customer remains responsible for every court-account signature, additional signature, witness, oath, verification, notary, clerk, wet-signature, filing, service, or other execution requirement.

Optional digital sending

Email Tracker App is a separate optional service priced at $0.79 per tracked digital send. Digital sending or open tracking does not by itself establish legally valid service of process.

Printing and process service

Optional professional printing and process service are separate paid services. Routine, priority, same-day, printing, additional-copy, and surveillance/wait prices are displayed before purchase. A process-service order is accepted subject to the service address, deadline, lawful instructions, courier availability, and applicable service requirements.

Shared account and NYC Hire marketplace

The same member identity/profile system is used across the combined app. Simple text classifieds are free. Optional top placement with one photo is $2.99. Providers and posters are independent users responsible for the services they offer or accept, including any required professional, process-server, childcare, beauty, transportation or other licenses and permits. NYC Hire records the platform's 50% start / 50% finish work schedule (or 50% morning / 50% end-of-day for daily jobs) but users may pay each other directly; the work record is not escrow and is not a guarantee of payment or performance. Reviews are limited to completed assigned jobs. Dating & Social classifieds are 18+ personal ads only; commercial sexual services, paid sexual activity, solicitation and explicit public content are prohibited.

USA Documents features

USA Documents profile, creator, subscription, Live, camera, WHO?/WhoNet?, MeetSafe and related features remain subject to their existing feature-specific safety and access controls inside the unified app.

WhereIsMyCourier

Courier tracking updates are operational records. A successful service entry requires a private service photo, fresh GPS, server timestamp, and courier electronic signature before the system generates a separate Delivery Confirmation Code. A failed attempt requires a private attempt photo, fresh GPS, server timestamp, courier electronic signature, and failure reason; it never receives a Delivery Confirmation Code. These operational records do not by themselves replace any affidavit, filing, logbook, licensing, or other legal requirement that applies to a particular service.
